New Home Assistant release

There is a new Home Assistant release available. This release brings you support for the Arduino platform, Kodi, Efergy energy monitor, TP-Link router, and IP Cameras. The frontend is now based on a NuclearJS JavaScript backend and the dependencies are now installed on-demand instead of installing all dependencies for all supported devices upfront.
