Nessus on Fedora

OpenVAS was forked from Nessus a couple of years ago. It seems that OpenVAS take too much time to load all plugins. Joerg suggested to use nessus because of its neat web interface, the speed, and the ability to produce nice overviews.

The first step is to download the RPM package. Install it and grab an activation code. Now start the daemon.

Then browse to https://localhost:8834 and follow the wizard. Now the web interface is read to use.
