Linux engineer/project coordinator

The company of a friend of mine is looking for a “Linux human” for one of their customers. Thus this blog post is a bit of a job advertisement.

Anyway, it could be the perfect position for a Fedora contributor who is also dealing with Enterprise Linux.

It’s required that you are super familiar with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 5/6/7). More the client side, including managing tools and VMware Horizon, than servers but you would need to know your way around Red Hat GFS, Satellite Server, Puppet, Ansible and containers, too.

The job is a kind of a project managing/coordinating position. Nevertheless, you must have engineering skills to make the necessary decisions for the projects you are involved in and a couple of years of professional experience in an agile work environment.

The position would be in the area of Stuttgart, Germany. Sorry, you can’t work remotely and it’s required that you speak and write German beside English.
